The Sponsorship Success Method

If you are brand new to sponsorship or struggling to gain traction, we created a service for you. CHARGE distilled two decades of sponsorship experience into an step-by-step sales process to help you find success.

The Sponsorship Success Method is a group coaching service with features designed to support you:

  • Ten-plus hours of on-demand video outlining the entire sales process
  • Weekly group coaching calls on ZOOM to answer your most pressing questions
  • A private online community where CHARGE experts and other clients support your sales effort
  • Templates, guides and how-to manuals with everything you need to get started

Jumpstart

You have one or two significant issues holding you back. If you had focused sponsorship advice for a half-day, you could remove those barriers to your success.

Jumpstart is a service designed for those needing to address their challenges and get back on track quickly. CHARGE designed this half-day service as a structured workshop tailored to your agenda. In Jumpstart, we review the following:

    • CHARGE’s proprietary Sponsorship Readiness Assessment online survey helps you gauge how prospective sponsor partners will perceive your organization. This survey offers valuable insights into how your current marketing and sales programs predict sponsorship success.
    • A CHARGE sponsorship expert will lead a half-day coaching session (live or virtual) for your executives, staff, and board members. During the Workshop, we address the sponsorship readiness assessment results and the issues most important to you.

Jumpstart unfolds in four steps:

  1. Contact us to have a conversation. We’ll speak briefly about you and your situation and answer any questions you have about Jumpstart or CHARGE.
  2. We’ll provide a quote for our services and send you acceptance materials, assuming you’d like to move forward.
  3. After receiving your acceptance materials and payment, we’ll send you a list of materials we need from you to get started. We’ll also schedule an agenda-setting call where we plan the structure for your customized half-day workshop.
  4. We’ll facilitate your workshop and conclude it by identifying steps you’ll take to address the challenge discussed. Within ninety days of your workshop, you’ll have access to us by email or one (1) one-hour phone call to support your implementation.

Sponsorship Program Reset

Your sponsorship program may not be performing as you’d like. You’re concerned that you’re under-priced, missing opportunities, or packaging your assets incorrectly. We created the Sponsorship Program Reset (“SPR”) to address your challenge.

The SPR is an impactful solution where outside experts “look under the hood” to see how your sponsorship program works. Our CHARGE sponsorship consultants will be objective and candid in assessing the following aspects of your program and make specific recommendations to level up your program.

              • Your sponsorship audience data and descriptions
              • Your asset/inventory packages
              • Your package pricing
              • Your sales collateral, including your sponsorship deck
              • Your overall sponsorship readiness
              • Your prospecting strategy
              • Your untapped or new opportunities

The SPR unfolds in four steps:

  1. Contact us to have a conversation. We’ll speak briefly about you and your situation and answer any questions you have about the SPR or CHARGE.
  2. We’ll provide a quote for our services and send you acceptance materials, assuming you’d like to move forward.
  3. After receiving your acceptance materials and payment, we’ll send you a list of materials we need from you to get started. This “discovery phase” usually takes 30 to 60 days to complete. We’ll schedule any necessary meetings to explore discovery issues during this time.
  4. We’ll have a final meeting where we present our findings and leave you with specific recommendations to improve your program. We stand by our recommendations during your implementation for ninety days after our final meeting. You’ll have access to us by email or three (3) one-hour phone calls.
